Filing Packs — what each ROC form actually needs

The e-form is the last five minutes. What holds a company up is the attachments, the signatures and the professional certification — and nobody writes that list down anywhere you can read it. Here it is, per form, with the parts you can draft here marked.

What this page is not. The forms themselves are filed on MCA V3 with a director's digital signature, and no browser tool can honestly do that for you — anything claiming otherwise is asking for your DSC. This page assembles everything that goes into the form, so the filing itself becomes upload-and-sign rather than a fortnight of chasing documents.
Sections, timelines and certification thresholds are under the Companies Act 2013 and its rules as generally applicable. MCA revises fees, form versions and certification thresholds from time to time, and a few requirements differ for OPCs, small companies and companies with foreign shareholding — confirm the current position on the MCA portal or with your professional before you file.
