Statutory registers under the Companies Act
These are not filed anywhere. They are kept at the registered office, from incorporation, and produced on demand — in an inspection, in due diligence, or when a buyer's lawyer asks how many shares were issued and to whom. Most small companies have never written them down, and reconstructing them years later is the expensive way.
Each register is saved separately, per company, and stays in your account — switch registers above without
losing anything. An entry is never deleted to record an exit: the cessation, satisfaction or transfer date is
filled in and the row stays, because the register has to show the history, not just today's position.
