Contribution Planner

Plan a month's EPF or ESI contribution: upload master salary data and an employee list, enter the total you expect to pay, and see how it splits across employees. An estimate only, so nothing here is exported or filed. Real payroll runs from attendance in the Payroll Processing Dashboard.

Combined figure — employee's 12% share, employer's 3.67% EPF + 8.33% EPS share, and admin/EDLI charges together. Split evenly across the employees you include below; each one's working days are back-calculated from their own salary rate.

4. Estimate

This is a planning estimate, not a payroll. Its days are worked backwards from the contribution you typed in, not taken from attendance, so it cannot be exported or filed as a salary sheet or register: a wage record has to show the days people actually worked. To run real payroll from attendance, with minimum-wage checks and registers, use the Payroll Processing Dashboard.

5. Keep the month

A payroll run is a statutory record, not a download. Saving it here files this month as its own tab in one workbook you keep forever — next month adds a tab beside it, nothing is overwritten, and any past month reads straight back for a wage slip, the annual return or an inspection.
